Don't start getting ideas in here, but that is not what we are going to discuss, at least today. Now! we all have heard how chocolate can light up the mood and how eating oysters are sexy; but how many of us actually bite a chocolate, slurp and suck oysters or munch puffer-fish on a regular basis. Though there are things which add instant zing to the act, lets not forget just like bodily fitness your sexual health comes with regularity in your diet and lifestyle. The most important sex organ is your brain and how well it can cause the blood to flow at the right places. Here is a list of 5 commonly available aphrodisiacs which you can get your hands on whenever you want and will realize you are already having it on a regular basis; great news, now eat it right and then you can do it right.


Ginger

It contains gingerols, zingiberene and other agents that make it a favored seductive flavor and makes your body warm; a circulatory system stimulant, which can make the love-zones hypersensitive.

Add it to your daily tea for that extra flavor and fun. Avoid boiling it; best is to brew. Add it as the last thing to the tea. You can run it through a grinder and add the paste to tea stir and then filter, that way you are keeping it more potent.




  Chili



It contains capsaicin, a chemical that can stimulate the release of feel-good endorphins in the brain. This creates a feeling of euphoria and helps enhance foreplay.

One doesn't need anything to take honey. We all love having it just like that. Just keep it regular and don't finish the entire bottle in a day, I understand the compulsion. Moreover add it to bread, milk, your morning tea, your warm lime in the morning (it will help you control weight while making it tasty) or mix it with some ginger extract; it tastes great, and feels very warm and nice, good for sore throat and overall immunity.
